Business Development Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates (BDAs) based in Australia to join our growing team. As a Freelancer BDA, your primary responsibility will be lead generation and building relationships with potential clients to drive business growth. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads within targeted industries.
• Reach out to leads via email, phone calls, and social media to establish connections.
• Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into prospects.
• Schedule meetings or demos with the sales team to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and manage a CRM system.
• Provide regular progress updates and feedback on lead generation efforts.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to strategize and refine lead-generation tactics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with CRM tools (experience with platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus).
• Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
