Job Summary:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that engage our audience, drive conversions, and enhance customer loyalty for Enesco. The Email Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Ecommerce and works day to day closely with the Manager of Digital Creative to plan, build, and execute email marketing and automation campaigns across six direct to consumer and two business to business brands. This position requires prior experience managing email campaigns as well as in depth knowledge of Email Service Provider software and email marketing best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution across eight brands using templates and creative team design mockups and elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create email content that aligns with overall marketing strategies as well as maintains individual brand standards and voice in layout and email copy.
• Segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging and maximize engagement.
• Work with internal brand reps to determine email needs of each brand and communicate them internally.
• Manage review cycles for designs alongside the campaign manager.
• Build and manage all email marketing automation including pre-purchase, post-purchase, abandonment, retention and loyalty.
• Analyze and report campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to determine the most effective strategies.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Maintain and update the email marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of best practices, and a passion for leveraging data to optimize campaign performance.
• Proficiency in relevant Adobe Creative Suite applications and MS Office Suite.
• Proficient in email marketing platforms (specifically Klaviyo).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus but not required.

The hiring range for this remote position is ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00) per year.
