Role:
We are looking for a Content Optimization Specialist to create and publish SEO-driven, E-E-A-T content for the Employer Resource Library. You will work with SEO partners, perform keyword research, optimize content, and track performance.
Tasks/responsibilities:
- Create and publish SEO-driven, E-E-A-T modular content to enhance visibility, credibility, and engagement within the Employer Resource Library.
- Collaborate with SEO partners to analyze content performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous optimization.
- Support cross-functional content optimization efforts, including A/B testing for landing page copy to improve engagement, conversions, and overall effectiveness.
- Ensure content aligns with best practices, balancing search intent, readability, and brand voice to maximize impact.
- Monitor content performance to offer recommendations and insights for optimizing effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to inform content optimization and past performance.
- Utilize expertise in WordPress to optimize website content effectively.
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, web optimization or related field
- 2+ years of experience using SEO tools (e.g., ahrefs) and/or analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- You are comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Surfer SEO) to support the optimization process
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
- Clear, constant and actionable communication
- Creative, collaborative, yet independent, able to multitask, prioritize and remain flexible in an evolving environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality content.
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, Contentful, Content Stack or another CMS
- Familiarity with project management tools, specifically Asana
