Job Description
We’re a small, fully remote web design and development agency looking for someone who’s not just talented in content and UX strategy—but also proactive, highly independent, and ready to take full ownership of their work.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role that combines website content strategy and UX wireframing with operational support tasks like QA, contractor coordination, timesheet oversight, and client communications. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and taking initiative to solve problems before they arise, we want to hear from you.
You’ll play a key role in shaping web experiences—outlining how content and layout work together on pages like homepages, landing pages, and service pages. At the same time, you’ll support the smooth running of projects across the board, stepping in where needed to keep things moving in a lean and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop page strategies and wireframes for websites and landing pages based on UX and business goals.
- Plan key messages and user journeys—working with designers, copywriters, and developers to execute.
- Help with quality control before launches (check copy, layout, mobile responsiveness, functionality).
- Coordinate with contractors and freelancers (onboarding, timesheets, availability).
- Assist in reviewing and managing basic contracts and agreements.
- Own internal project organization, timelines, and documentation.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members to move projects forward.
- Jump into whatever needs doing—whether it’s content input, project follow-ups, or troubleshooting bottlenecks.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy & content writing , UX design, or web-related roles.
- Experience creating wireframes and outlining website structure/content flow.
- Strong sense of ownership—you’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Google Docs, and project management systems.
- Bonus: Some knowledge of web platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) or basic dev concepts (HTML, CSS).
- Bonus: Prior experience handling admin or operational support in a small team.
Nice to Have (but Not Required)
- Outstanding UX and content strategy skills can offset other missing experience.
- Experience in creative or tech agency environments is a big plus.
