Content Writers Team Lead (Cross-Team)

In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented writers, ensuring our content is engaging, informative, and optimized for impact. Your role at Hostinger As a Content Writers Team Lead (Cross-Team), you’ll lead a team of writers responsible for producing high-quality content for various teams within the company - including Affiliates, SEO, CRO and Creatives teams. • Act as the lead of a writing agency for the company - maintaining brand consistency and high content quality, as well as making sure stakeholder expectations are met
• Lead a team of writers, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring your team
• Initiate and manage cross-departmental content projects, including alignment on business goals and execution, as well as your team’s workload
• Take ownership of Hostinger blog - collaborating with product managers, communications and other teams while ensuring brand consistency
• Ensure written content quality through adherence to deadlines, editorial guidelines, and quality standards
• Collaborate with SEO, CRO, creatives, product marketing, and other stakeholders to contribute to the operation, performance, and quality of the content

What we expect:

• Proven track record leading content teams and project management
• 5+ years of experience in content production, ideally within a tech-focused or SaaS company
• Strong collaboration skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with different types of content - landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, PR, etc
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience in hiring, shaping, and leading a team of highly skilled professionals
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content performance metrics
• An understanding of what’s good and bad copy — along with the reasons why (lack of skills, lack of knowledge, wrong sources, process problems, etc.)
• Alignment with Hostinger values - strong ownership, no-nonsense attitude to the team, being able to handle giving and receiving feedback well, andbeing flexible to change course if necessary
