Junior Marketing Manager (Part-Time, 1-2 Days per Week)

📍 Location: Remote, occasional travel to Hawkhurst, Kent. Own car is a bonus.

About Us

We are a growing outdoor furniture business that values creativity, quality, and innovation. As we expand our brand presence, we’re looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to take the lead on our digital marketing efforts, from content creation and social media management to CRM and blog strategy.

The Role

We need a hands-on marketing all-rounder who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable working independently. If you love creating engaging content and growing brand awareness across multiple channels, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop compelling content (visual & written) for social media, blog, email, and website.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and engage with our audience on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• CRM & Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize customer engagement.
• Blog Strategy: Research and write engaging blog posts that enhance SEO and position us as industry leaders.
• Marketing Coordination: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotions.

About You

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media.
• Strong copywriting skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• A self-starter who enjoys working independently and bringing fresh ideas.
• Passion for home & outdoor living is a plus!
