We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts, drive revenue growth, and enhance our brand presence across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC advertising, social media advertising & website management ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
PPC & Paid Advertising
- Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve ad effectiveness.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor budgets and allocate spending effectively to maximize ROI.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Oversee paid and organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns tailored to different social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling visuals and ad copy.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
eBay & Online Auction Management
- Manage and optimize the eBay store, including product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement strategies to enhance visibility and sales.
- Monitor eBay analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee online auction management, ensuring proper listing, bidding strategies, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with eBay policies and best practices.
Gumtree & Facebook Marketplace Advertising
- Create and manage Gumtree and Facebook Marketplace listings to maximize reach and conversions.
- Develop promotional strategies for classified ad platforms to attract potential buyers.
- Optimize listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries promptly to drive sales.
Website Management & SEO
- Oversee website performance, user experience, and content updates.
- Work with developers and designers to ensure the website is optimized for conversions.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and link-building strategies.
- Monitor Google Analytics and other tools to analyze traffic and engagement metrics.
General Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Track, report, and analyze website and campaign performance metrics.
- Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Provide monthly reports and insights to senior management on marketing activities and ROI.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in PPC, website management & social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience managing listings on Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, and other classified ad platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
- Experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and websites.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
