About The Role Jairus Marketing is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our expanding Client Success team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of B2B agency experience to partner with our Account Directors in leading client strategy, facilitating project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of marketing campaigns, from email marketing to social media strategy, and manage project statuses through our project management platform. You will also assist in planning client strategies, tracking campaign performance, and facilitating project updates. A key part of your role will involve attending client meetings, providing actionable insights, and ensuring seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Directors to lead client strategy and ensure successful campaign execution
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and website updates
- Support in creating and managing content/design briefs, ensuring the proper assignment of tasks
- Monitor project status and assist with project planning and updates
- Attend client performance meetings and provide insights into campaign performance
- Support proofing and preparing projects before client presentations
- Learn and gain insights into social media and digital advertising platforms
- Help facilitate requested project changes and provide ongoing client support
- Work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with ample opportunities to grow and learn
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B agency experience
- Familiarity with web development, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the client organization, including senior-level management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with flexibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
