Company

Ranked by Inc. Magazine as one of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies, the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) is the leading authority on next practices in human resources. We produce more research than any other human capital research firm in the world, and many of the world’s most prominent organizations and HR (Human Resources) leaders turn to i4cp to better capitalize on emerging workforce trends. Supported by a powerful community of human capital practitioners, we provide insights that help organizations better anticipate, adapt, and act in a constantly changing business environment.

Role

We’re seeking a results-oriented B2B marketing content expert who excels in digital marketing and who enjoys experimenting with content creation, technology platforms, and creative approaches to drive lead generation and member engagement.

The role would be responsible for:

1. Content Creation – developing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns to effectively position enterprise membership to our target market (HR executives at large organizations) with differentiated content that compels and intrigues for leveraging in both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, as well as drive engagement with existing members.

Involves crafting fresh content based on research findings produced by our research team, and packaging content into creative and action-oriented assets to fuel lead generation. Requires the ability to deconstruct complex concepts and synthesize research findings into digestible and actionable content and assets (i.e. infographics, visual explainers, and videos).

2. Message Creation – crafting and delivering effective messaging for our internal sales and member services teams to leverage which both accelerates and scales their outbound direct selling and/or relationship-building efforts. Involves the ability to create segmented messaging by audience type (i.e. CHROs, CLTOs, Heads of Future of Work, and Leaders of Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Analytics) and crafting templates and sequences in Outreach.

3. Digital Marketing – designing and developing website landing pages, web forms, and social media posts as part of promotional campaigns to grow our audience and drive qualified leads, featuring well-written messages, graphics, and videos.

4. SEO – identifying, implementing, and measuring organic search opportunities to improve website visibility against competitors, including strategizing around website content optimized for AI-powered search.

5. Program Support – collaborating with event team to create content to support weekly hosted virtual events, including crafting promotional descriptions and video creation & editing to educate our existing members and prospects, across various marketing channels, to increase qualified participant registrations. Partner with in-person event team to increase event registration for annual conference by authoring differentiated messaging and identifying and deploying new promotion treatments.

6. Marketing Analytics – monitoring, analyzing, reporting, and acting on data from systems and platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach and Google Analytics, as it relates to optimize the entire lead funnel.

This is a creative role for someone who excels at both tactical marketing work and strategic thinking who enjoys a fast-paced environment in which multiple projects must be simultaneously managed and where accountability and ability to collaborate are valued qualities. Key to this position is a metrics-oriented mindset with a keenness in continually testing content and fresh approaches to drive impact across both the lead funnel and existing membership base.

The impact you will drive

1. Empower HR Executives at the world’s largest companies with insights and data that helps them reshape the way millions of people work.

In this role, you will contribute to the up-leveling of the entire human capital profession with insights and data that help HR leaders better anticipate and adapt in a constantly changing business environment.

2.As part of a small, but growing company, with a commitment to transparency, you will have direct visibility into the value your talent and expertise brings to the organization.

You will directly impact organizational growth, by implementing marketing campaigns and tactics that generate lead activity, but also by guiding and supporting other functions to ensure they achieve their goals.

3. As part of a marketing team which embraces testing new approaches, your ideas will be embraced – and if effective, rapidly adopted.

In an agile organization, you will have the opportunity to rapidly see how your best thinking drives organizational growth. Additionally, as part of a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to directly optimize the marketing function.
