About The Role As a fast-growing online gaming operator, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with CIS experience to drive our user acquisition and revenue growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute marketing growth strategies focused on the CIS market, leveraging both paid and organic channels.
- Scale Facebook and other acquisition campaigns without worrying about bans or instability.
- Collaborate with a top-tier in-house team of developers and designers to create high-converting landing pages, unique user flows, and engaging bonus mechanics.
- Work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to continuously test and optimize every step of the funnel.
- Utilize proprietary tools for competitor analysis and in-depth data insights to refine acquisition tactics.
- Innovate and experiment with new growth strategies, integrating performance marketing with product-led growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to the CIS market, based on competitor insights and industry trends.
- Digital Asset Creation & Optimisation:
Lead the creation and refinement of high-performing Facebook ad creatives and digital campaigns. Optimise landing pages and PWAs to maximise conversion rates and user engagement.
- Campaign Management & Analysis:
Execute and monitor Facebook and digital ad campaigns, focusing on key performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates. Perform A/B testing on landing pages and PWAs to improve conversion rates.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with retention, product, and marketing teams to ensure growth initiatives align with company goals.
- Budget & Performance Management:
Manage and optimize ad spend to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining cost efficiency. Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing, ideally within the iGaming industry (Curacao or Anjouan License).
- Deep expertise in Facebook Ads management, with a strong understanding of compliance and best practices in online gaming.
- Strong knowledge of player behavior in the CIS market and experience in localizing marketing strategies for the region.
- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize digital assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and PWAs.
- Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics, with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Fluent/native Russian or Ukrainian is a bonus.
Location Our team operates within CET (Central European Time).
