WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

In this role, you’ll take ownership of optimising lead routing by refining tier logic, improving buyer performance, and testing price and priority strategies to maximize revenue per lead. You’ll dive deep into customer application and lead data, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions at the source. Tracking the right KPIs will be key, you’ll surface critical metrics, including those not yet being measured, and ensure real-time visibility for the business. To support data-driven decision-making, you’ll build intuitive, self-serve dashboards that provide clear insights for operations, commercial teams, and leadership. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with marketing, developers, CRM teams, and executives.

SENIOR DATA ANALYST – ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 3+ years as a Business/Data Analyst in performance marketing, fintech, insurtech, or related industries
• Pingtree Platform Experience
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Expertise in conversion funnel analysis, A/B testing, and lead value optimisation
• Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex data for non-technical teams
• Comfortable working across marketing, commercial, and tech functions
