We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will focus on driving the next stage of growth through data-driven, high-impact marketing initiatives for our dynamic B2B SaaS solutions, which help businesses optimize customer experiences for both the TeleVox and Mosaicx segments.Position Overview As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. This position will focus on demand generation, ABM strategies, email marketing, and driving results across multiple channels. You will work closely with sales and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and to meet the company’s growth objectives. Primary Responsibilities And Assignments

  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns designed to acquire, retain, and engage customers. Use data-driven strategies to maximize effectiveness and growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage sales email cadences aligned with marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth integration and campaign alignment.
  • Advertising and Media Placement: Support the management of advertisements and media placements in partnership with external agencies. Assist in campaign creation, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • ABM Campaigns: Execute on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in a 1:1, 1:few, 1:many motion, tailored to engage high-value prospects.
  • B2B Marketing Campaigns: Support innovative marketing campaigns using various tactics including ABM, digital advertising, webinars, email, and direct mail to drive brand awareness and demand.
  • Content Development: Create compelling content and copy for webinars, email campaigns, and other marketing assets to engage target audiences and drive action.
  • Performance Analytics: Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product marketing teams to create programs that support sales enablement and generate demand. Strong partnership with trade show and events team to drive campaign engagement.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry and healthcare.
  • 3-7 years of experience
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and execution or a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with paid media campaigns and budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling content.
  • Expertise in marketing automation and tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Salesloft.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving growth and maximizing marketing ROI.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with webinar platforms and digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of design thinking principles and their application in marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation best practices (Hubspot, Salesforce).
