Strategic Account Manager at Neon Growth (Digital Agency)

If so, we’re on the lookout for an Account Manager like yourself to lead communications with brand partners. Neon Growth is a rapidly expanding, fully-remote agency partnering with awesome brands to deliver stellar digital advertising. Our forté is growth marketing for mid to large-size businesses across paid media, ad creative and brand/performance strategy.

In order to pull this off daily, this circus needs a pro ringleader. On a typical day, you’d run client meetings, brief teammates, manage timelines, and keep projects on mission. Think equal parts diplomat, cat herder, stand-up comedian and air traffic controller. 

You’re a great match if:

• You’ve worked 3+ years in agency client management (preferably digital media)
• You’re confident presenting, and leading meetings with executive stakeholders
• You possess a keen eye for identifying action items and briefing internal teams on deliverables
• You excel at organization and time management
• You have a solid understanding of performance metrics and marketing strategy 
• You bring an intuitive and proactive approach to client relations
• You’re fluent in English, ChatGPT and digital media tech (including G-Suite, Slack, ClickUp, Zapier or N8N, and Zoom/Teams)
