About Valiant:

Valiant is a fast-growing, content-first growth marketing agency that's rapidly dominating the finance and sports betting space. We work with industry giants like Whop, Webull, and major sportsbooks and are aggressively expanding our footprint across DFS apps, prop firms, exchanges, brokerages, and other SaaS platforms.

We're exploding month-to-month—200% growth from November to March—and we're just getting started. Currently at 20 full-time employees, our vision is to scale to 250 and become the go-to marketing agency for finance and betting brands that want ruthless performance marketing that actually drives revenue.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll be managing advertising accounts across multiple platforms while ideating creative ad concepts that stop the scroll. Working closely with our team of spokespeople, editors, and scriptwriters, you'll develop the most innovative funnels and ads possible. Your initiative in crafting optimal ad structures and breakthrough campaign ideas will directly impact our clients' bottom line.

Primarily, you'll be doing media buying for info products and SAAS/App based products in the trading and sports betting industries – verticals where customer acquisition costs matter and conversion optimization is critical. This role demands someone who doesn't just follow best practices but creates them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Lead Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute high-performance campaigns across Meta, X, Google, TikTok and other platforms

- Creative Direction - Collaborate with our team of spokespeople, editors, and scriptwriters to develop breakthrough ad creatives

- Funnel Architecture - Design and optimize conversion funnels that turn prospects into paying customers

- Drive Results: Take full ownership of campaign performance with a focus on scaling ROAS for info products and SAAS applications

- Optimize Constantly: A/B test everything from creative to targeting to maximize conversions

- Lead the Team: Manage and develop our growing paid ads department

WHAT YOU'LL BE MEASURED ON:

- Campaign Performance - ROAS, CPA, and revenue impact are your north stars

- Creative Innovation - Your ability to develop scroll-stopping ad concepts that convert

- Scaling Capability - How effectively you can scale spend while maintaining or improving performance

- Client Growth - The tangible business impact your campaigns have on our clients

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

- Proven track record with info products or SAAS/subscription businesses

- Paid Media Expertise - 3+ years managing substantial ad budgets ($10k+/month)

- Multi-Platform Proficiency - Proven success across Meta, Google, TikTok and other major platforms

- Experience optimizing funnels and landing pages

- Creative Intelligence - The ability to recognize and develop high-converting ad concepts

- A winner's mindset and willingness to do whatever it takes

- Performance Obsession - Relentless focus on metrics and optimization

COMPENSATION:

- $72,000-$120,000 annual salary (based on performance)
