About Valiant:

Valiant is a fast-growing, content-first growth marketing agency that's rapidly dominating the finance and sports betting space. We work with industry giants like Underdog, Whop, Webull, and major sportsbooks and are aggressively expanding our footprint across DFS apps, prop firms, exchanges, brokerages, and other SaaS platforms.

We're exploding month-to-month—200% growth from November to March—and we're just getting started. Currently at 20 full-time employees, our vision is to scale to 250 and become THE go-to marketing agency for finance and betting brands that want ruthless performance marketing that actually drives revenue.

THE ROLE:

As our Head of Agency Operations, you'll be the backbone that supports our explosive growth. This is a founding team role where you'll build something from the ground up and shape the future of Valiant.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll serve as the operational linchpin of our agency. You'll know our business at every level and be involved in everything from operational strategy to team leadership to client success.

This is a challenging, demanding role for an exceptional problem-solver who will do whatever it takes to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Run a Tight Ship - Lead daily operations ensuring our agency runs like a well-tuned machine

- Client Success - Oversee client onboarding, conduct bi-weekly client meetings (weekly for big clients), and ensure exceptional client outcomes

- Team Leadership - Run daily stand-ups, manage people on a day-to-day basis, and keep everyone accountable for delivering high-quality work

- Systems Architecture - Implement best practices, create efficient processes, and develop operational frameworks that scale

- Problem Solving - Identify challenges and develop innovative solutions that drive agency performance

- Optimize Team Performance - Get the best out of people and ensure delivery of world-class marketing campaigns

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

- Starting salary of $72,000-$120,000

- Up to $240,000 within 2-3 months based on performance milestones.

- Remote work with flexible hours
