• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Establish and manage the marketing department, shaping its structure and overseeing day-to-day operations
• Create and coordinate promotional campaigns and PR initiatives across digital and traditional channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive customer experiences and meet market demands
• Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, KPIs, and ROI
• Implement strategies to achieve lead generation and customer acquisition goals
• Set and manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies for effectiveness
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new technologies and techniques as appropriate
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CMO or similar role in a B2B setting
• Deep understanding of marketing principles, with a blend of creative and analytical abilities
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive initiatives forward
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
