As the Head of Brand with a web3 background, you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving the strategic vision of the 1inch brand. Your role will be to craft and execute branding initiatives that enhance our global presence, engage diverse audiences, and communicate our values effectively. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the company's identity and reputation.
End Deliverables:
- A cohesive and compelling brand strategy that aligns with 1inch's mission and vision
- Enhanced brand recognition and engagement across key markets and platforms
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies for global audiences
- Strong knowledge or hands-on experience in Web3 (blockchain, decentralized platforms, etc.)
- Expertise in managing cross-functional teams to deliver branding initiatives
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience working with creative agencies, designers, and marketing teams
- Deep understanding of branding principles, audience segmentation, and market positioning
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and emerging industry trends
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that drives awareness and supports business objectives
- Oversee the creation of consistent messaging, visuals, and narratives across all touchpoints
- Lead brand campaigns and initiatives to engage key audiences, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and design, to maintain brand consistency
- Act as the key decision-maker for brand-related activities, ensuring alignment with market trends and audience expectations
- Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results and ROI
- Cultivate partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders to elevate brand initiatives
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure 1inch remains innovative and relevant in a competitive market
