The Role

We’re offering a partnership-style associate opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an independent agency that does things properly. You’ll work under the TPG name, representing our ethos in your local area and growing your own network and client base with our full support.

This role is ideal for someone who values face-to-face communication over digital noise — someone who believes that trust is built at the front door, not in the inbox. It’s flexible and self-managed, with no pushy targets or micromanagement — just accountability to your clients and pride in your work. Can be part time or full time.

Who This Might Suit

- A sales-minded and numbers astute individual who values honesty over spin. Estate agency experience a plus however not a deal breaker. Someone with creative, interior, building or wider industry related experience perhaps.

- Strong local knowledge and a naturally personable approach

- Self-driven, but happy to work closely with clients

- Owns a car and enjoys being out in the countryside and community

- Someone who understands that being available — even out of hours — is part of the role. Can work around their own home commitments.

- Committed to long-term trust, not short-term wins
