🚀 Growth Marketer (Full-Time, Remote/London Preferred)
Be Your Best is on a mission to revolutionise how footballers train. Using virtual reality, we help players improve scanning, awareness, and decision-making—skills that are traditionally hard to train. Our product is backed by science, used by thousands of players (from grassroots to pros), and has been featured in major media like the New York Times, & Sky Sports.
Now, we’re looking for a sharp and creative Growth Marketer to help us reach the next level.
_What you'll do:_Own our Paid Performance Strategy
- Work closely with our agency partner to manage and scale paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Optimise campaigns based on data, not guesswork — consistently improving ROAS, CAC, CPA, and LTV
- Run structured A/B tests across targeting, creative, and landing pages
- Manage budgets and deliver clear, actionable reporting
- Collaborate with our creative/brand marketing lead to align messaging and ad direction
Own our Influencer Marketing Strategy
- Manage our current roster of influencers, maintaining relationships & ensuring fresh content is produced
- Grow our network of influencers in our key markets, and expand into new ones
- Manage influencer budgets and deliver consistent reporting on results
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Assist with the planning of key marketing moments (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas)
- Support execution of omni-channel campaigns across ads, content, influencers, CRM, in-game promotions etc.
Assist with our Content Strategy
- Help us to ideate and produce world class content across our main channels (Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Snapchat)
- Ability to create content using video editing software is a huge plus
Other Tasks
- Writing regular blog posts that are optimised for SEO and working closely with our agency partner when it comes to implementing their SEO recommendations.
- Production and management of email marketing campaigns (converting those at the top of the funnel, and engaging current users).
- Identify and test new marketing opportunities/channels to scale user acquisition
Who We're Looking For:
- 3 - 4+ years experience in a growth marketing or performance role (startup experience a big plus)
- Someone with a passion & knowledge of football
- Strong experience with paid social platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a small, agile team and wearing multiple hats
- Bonus: Experience in influencer marketing, email/CRM, video editing / content creation
- Remote-friendly (But London-based a plus)
