About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and crafting digital advertising solutions that deliver measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for Google Ads & Facebook Ads services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, brands, and key stakeholders
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to tailor advertising strategies for clients
• Identify market trends and opportunities to position The Soup House as a leading digital marketing agency
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining long-term partnerships
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic business development efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing strategies
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and growing revenue in the digital advertising industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
