TDM Media is a fully remote UK-based agency specialising in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. We're growing and looking for a PPC Specialist to join our team. We prioritise work-life balance, keeping client loads manageable so you can focus on quality work, not just keeping up.

The Role

We have a low client to staff ratio and a strong client retention rate. Looking for someone ambitious to join our small but talented team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns in line with client goals.
• Assist with auditing, qualifying, and pitching new business.
• Handle day-to-day client communications.
• Contribute to strategy meetings for both clients and agency growth.
• Oversee account onboarding, tracking, reporting, and feed optimisation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of agency experience, particularly in e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, Analytics, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with feed optimisation software is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage workloads and prioritise tasks.
• Strong reporting skills - what we did, what happened, what’s next.
• Proactive approach to campaign management, always aiming to improve the account performance.
• Experience auditing accounts and developing effective pitches.
• A desire to keep learning and growing - T-shaped marketers thrive here.
