We're looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented B2B Creative Writer to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting compelling content, utilizing AI tools, and enhancing content strategies, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a B2B Creative Writer at Marketri, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality written content that drives our clients' marketing efforts. You will leverage your creativity and expertise in writing while incorporating AI-driven best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our content. This role will require a strong grasp of B2B marketing and content strategy, as well as a knack for improving AI writing methodologies as part of our growing content operations. You will work closely with a diverse, collaborative team of marketing professionals to create content that informs, engages, and converts potential clients.

_Key Responsibilities:_Content Creation & Writing:

  • Write and edit a wide variety of B2B content types, including blog posts, case studies, ebooks/whitepapers, social media copy, email campaigns, website copy, video scripts, and more. Ensure all content aligns with client branding and tone of voice.

AI Integration & Best Practices:

  • Utilize existing AI tools and best practices to streamline content creation and enhance writing efficiency. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve upon AI-based content generation strategies, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and effective.

Collaborative Strategy Development:

  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and implement content strategies that align with clients' goals across the buyer’s journey. Help develop and refine content calendars and workflows.

Content Optimization:

  • Regularly review and optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement. Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure that content is aligned with keyword strategies to improve organic search performance.

Content Editing & Proofreading:

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to best practices. Assist team members with content revisions and restructuring for maximum impact.

Client Research & Thought Leadership:

  • Conduct research to understand clients’ industries, competitors, and target audiences. Interview subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop insightful, original thought-leadership pieces.

Trend Analysis & Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging content formats, and AI advancements. Provide recommendations to keep client content competitive and innovative.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all content is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the high-quality standards expected by clients.

_Qualifications:_Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional writing experience in a B2B environment, ideally with experience in content marketing or a marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to write and produce high-quality content across a variety of formats (blogs, social media posts, whitepapers, email marketing, etc.).
  • Experience utilizing AI tools for content generation, with a desire to learn and improve AI-driven writing practices.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and marketing automation software (HubSpot, WordPress, etc.).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a marketing agency or with B2B clients.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools (such as GPT-based platforms, copywriting assistants, etc.).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure content performance (Google Analytics, etc.).
