Department: Brand Studio Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote Reporting To: Christine Aji Description About the role As a Senior Brand Designer at Tabby, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand comes to life across every touchpoint — from bold marketing campaigns to thoughtful in-app experiences. You’ll lead the creative development of high-impact design work that spans digital, physical and everything in between. We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts creative visionary and detail-obsessed executor — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to turn strategy into scroll-stopping, eye-catching design. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the business to build work that’s not only beautiful but meaningful — helping to define how millions of shoppers experience Tabby. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of marketing assets for Pay Later products — including emails, social, in-app, paid media and in-store materials.
- Design and build email campaigns, ensuring high-impact visual storytelling and usability. Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus.
- Create engaging motion animation videos and graphics to help creative campaigns come to life and keep customers engaged.
- Craft compelling visuals for seasonal campaigns and creative launches in close collaboration with the wider Brand Studio.
- Own the visual consistency of the Pay Later brand stream, making sure all outputs reflect Tabby’s tone, look and feel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing Managers, Product Designers, Social teams and Copywriters to deliver campaigns that meet business and creative goals.
- Use performance data and insights to inform design decisions and continually improve creative effectiveness.
- Champion best practices in design systems, animation libraries and asset management to scale static and motion creative delivery efficiently.
This might be right for you if:
- You have 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing or visual design, ideally in a fast-paced tech or consumer brand.
- You have deep experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop); motion design is a strong advantage.
- You have experience building and optimizing CRM/email campaigns, ideally using platforms like Customer.io.
- You’ve worked on a variety of asset types, including OOH, paid ads, in-store branding and digital media.
- You’re a systems thinker who knows how to balance brand consistency with creative flexibility.
- You can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and you’re comfortable leading projects from start to finish.
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present your ideas and rationale to both creative and non-creative partners.
- You are fluent in English design work; Arabic design skills are a big bonus.
