About the Role:

You’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations, providing the data-driven intelligence that empowers our team to make informed decisions. You'll dive deep into our marketing performance, identify key trends, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This isn't just about reporting; it's about shaping our strategy and contributing directly to our success.

What You'll Do:

• Uncover Actionable Insights: Analyse data from various sources, including website analytics, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems, to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Develop Data-Driven Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies based on your analysis.
• Build Powerful Reports & Dashboards: Create clear and compelling reports and dashboards that visualize key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Measure Campaign Effectiveness: Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing analytics and data visualization.

What You'll Bring:

• Analytical Expertise: A strong understanding of data analysis principles and experience with relevant tools (e.g., GA4, SQL, Looker Studio, BigQuery).
• Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies, including inbound marketing, digital campaigns, and product-led growth.
• Communication Skills: The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for finding solutions.
• A Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Experience in the SaaS industry.
• Experience with B2B marketing analytics.
