Using a “human + AI” approach, we handle inbound and outbound communication, qualifying leads, and optimizing customer funnels. Our small, fully-remote team spans the globe, with a culture that prioritizes user satisfaction and rapid iteration. (Our design and engineering teams are primarily based in Europe/CEST.) Our customers love us, and their feedback fuels our product development. About This Role As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development, launch, and enhancement of our product and internal tools, with a primary focus on growing our AI-first, human-in-the-loop Voice Assistant. (Recent example includes shaping, scoping, de-risking, and leading the development of a custom greeting feature, and creating and sharing video documentation of your work for internal and external audiences.) You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing user needs with business objectives. You'll be part of a small team, working collaboratively with the entire company.There is significant opportunity to contribute to our team culture and growth. If you're a lone wolf who prefers isolation, this isn't the right fit. We need a collaborative, adaptable team player. Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Development: Own features from ideation through launch, managing requirements, scope, and timelines
  • Shape the Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product vision and strategy
  • Collaborate: In addition to working with the design and engineering teams, work closely with the founders, Product + Ops teams, customer support, and marketing to design and implement new products/features
  • Analyze Opportunities: Conduct business analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
  • Learn: Understand the system, its strengths, recommend opportunities for improvement, but recognize when scope has increased
  • Prioritize Effectively: Optimize the product backlog by balancing dependencies, impact, and tradeoffs
  • Document and contribute to process: ability to extrapolate successful processes, implement globally and support with documentation

ExperienceMust Have:

  • Fluent in English, comfortable having live video conversations and presenting/discussing work. The engineering team primarily speaks Spanish, but the rest of the org operates in English
  • 5-7+ years of product management experience, delivering user-focused solutions
  • Experience in startups (Seed to Series B)
  • Successful team-based remote work environment experience (e.g., Slack, Teams)
  • Adept in project management and development tools (e.g., ClickUp, GitHub)
  • Proven success managing full product lifecycles, from shaping to shipping to improvement
  • Ability to connect customer feedback to actionable and impactful product improvements

Nice to Have:

  • Product management experience within B2B Product-focused organizations
  • SaaS, AI/ML, or SMB-focused product experience
  • An understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and other AI mechanisms, or even more, experience training ML models
  • Familiarity in Figma's FigJam or other shaping tools

HIRING PROCESS We'll start with screening applications. From there, if it looks like there's a fit, we will have a 15-30 minute introductory call. That may lead to a live (virtual), 1-hour collaborative exercise, with no pre-work. If that meets our criteria, we'll then go on to a 45-60 minute interview with the hiring manager, followed by 60 minute interviews with the team, possibly in pairs (2 of us, 1 of you). And if that goes well, we'll present an offer.
