Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of affiliate partners
• Create compelling commission structures and partnership programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates
• Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage affiliate agreements
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports on affiliate program performance
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership strategies

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in affiliate marketing or partner management
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and performance marketing
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving approach
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Background in tech, SaaS, or network services
• Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing principles
• Experience with international affiliate networks
• Multilingual capabilities
• Knowledge of proxy, VPN, or network infrastructure markets
