eCommerce Growth Specialist

As the eCommerce Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our Shopify Store and optimizing our presence across platforms like eBay, Amazon, Kogan, Catch, Back Market, ReDial, and Reebelo. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, increasing product visibility, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on various eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords to boost SEO and search rankings.
• Run platform-specific promotions and campaigns to drive sales growth.
• Conduct data-driven analysis of product performance, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Stay updated on platform policies and best practices, ensuring compliance and leveraging new features.
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure seamless operations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented. You should have:

• Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms like eBay, Amazon, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
• Experience running sales promotions and campaigns on eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with platforms such as Kogan, Catch, Back Market, ReDial, or Reebelo.
• Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics or platform-specific reporting dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of photo editing or tools for creating enhanced listings.
