Also, we have entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore. We are on the hunt for a sharp and passionate Email Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will be required to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will also be required to collaborate with coworkers across departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings. To be successful as an email marketing specialist, you should demonstrate the ability to create accessible and engaging texts, create an email marketing strategy and calendar covering all the needs of the company, and be able to use the tools at your disposal. You should also have a clear understanding of the main email marketing KPIs and work to improve them. You will report to the CRM/Email Marketing Lead, under the Marketing Department of the company, dealing with the Product Marketing Managers responsible for the different products/solutions inside the company and with the Design team mainly. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors
- Creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes
- Executing A/B tests to find a good match between the different email components
- Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs
- Maintaining a clean database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence
- Distributing emails through the use of automation software
- Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the role
- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns
- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software, Hubspot knowledge will be a plus
- Excellent project management skills specific to marketing
- Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities
