Senior VP of Marketing

Native Teams is a leading global platform that provides streamlined work payments, employment, and tax management solutions for freelancers, remote workers, and their employers.

We are expanding our global team and looking for an SVP of Marketing to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Salary Range: €65,000–€84,000 gross per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the CRO to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a large (35+), multi-functional global marketing team, including growth, content, and branding.
• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives measurable results.
• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, including product positioning, market analysis, and competitive research.
• Drive global brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and regions.
• Lead growth marketing initiatives to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and conversion rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B and B2C marketing
• Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Oversee the use of marketing technology, including HubSpot, to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years prior experience in B2B and B2C marketing roles
• Experience across EMEA, NA and APAC regions
• Experience in team management
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software such as Hubspot
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude
• Fluent English
