About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in executing and managing digital marketing strategies for our clients and internal brands.

Working alongside our Growth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic growth plans and digital roadmaps to help our clients and internal brands maximise their digital presence. You will manage marketing initiatives, analyse results, and collaborate with our design, web, and advertising teams to roll out updates and strategic adjustments, as well as creating and reviewing content for Social Media and Email Marketing endeavours

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies – Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for both clients and our internal brands.
• Social Media Management – Oversee, review, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• SEO & Web Analytics – Monitor and analyse performance metrics across Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and advertising channels.
• Content & Email Marketing – Develop and oversee engaging email campaigns, blog content, and lead magnet strategies.
• Client Management & Reporting – Conduct regular client meetings to review marketing performance, provide updates, and present actionable insights.
• Marketing Project Coordination – Liaise with internal teams (Ads, SEO, Design, Web) to execute digital marketing strategies efficiently.
• Lead Generation & Brand Growth – Work alongside the Business Development Manager to optimise lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
• Process Optimisation & Documentation – Update internal processes, checklists, and marketing guidelines to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project teams to support long-term growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (Agency experience preferred).
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Content Strategy.
• Proficiency in analysis of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO. (our teams do the implementation/management for PPC and SEO, you need to analyse their data/reports and review/approve and suggest improvements based on the strategic goals)
• Highly Proficient in Marketing Analytics - Someone who can look at the data - and review/approve/report/adjust to suggest improvements, and discuss with our SEO/Ads/Design or Web teams to implement.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Loomly, Airtable).
• Knowledge of WordPress (basic blog updates and admin area tasks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Office/Google Suite, Slack, and time management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• A self-motivated, team player who thrives in a remote work environment.
• Experience in video marketing (strategic decision-making and deployment) is a plus.
• Any experience in web design, branding, or agency work is highly regarded.
