Summary : We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Director to lead our brand marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing brand campaigns that drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and organic growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building brand presence and generating earned media coverage in the entertainment and hospitality industry. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Brand Strategy and Campaign Management:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies to increase Bowlero Corp’s brand visibility and market presence.
  • Oversee the development of brand campaigns.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that focus on brand storytelling and engagement.

Market Research and Audience Targeting:

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and key opportunities for brand growth.

Media Relations and Partnerships:

  • Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to execute effective influencer campaigns.

Content Creation and Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and creative departments, to support brand initiatives.

Campaign Performance and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve brand impact.

Industry Awareness:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to keep Bowlero Corp’s marketing strategies innovative and effective.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media strategies, and public relations techniques.
  • Proven success in developing and executing impactful brand campaigns and securing media coverage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey brand stories effectively and resonate with target audiences.
  • High proficiency in campaign performance analysis, including ROI measurement and data-driven optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, supporting and integrating with sales, operations, and creative teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media strategies, and PR techniques.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns and securing media coverage.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity for building strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Education And ExperienceRequired

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required ; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, emphasizing brand awareness and earned media.

Preferred

  • Master ’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
