This is a unique opportunity to step into the role of CMO over the next 6â12 months, supported by coaching and mentorship. Weâre looking for someone who already has experience across various areas of marketing and is ready to learn, grow, and take ownership of our brand to help us make an even bigger impact.â â Tanja, co-founder & current cmo Tasks Weâre searching for a future CMO eager to grow into the role with the right support and hands-on experience. Youâll start by mastering core marketing execution and processes, and with time, youâll grow into a leadership position, driving strategy and overseeing our brand. Your area of responsibility: In the first months, youâll work closely with our interims-cmo to master core areas like social media, ads, website updates, copywriting, and design. Youâll create briefs for campaigns and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution. Alongside this, leadership coaching will help you build the skills to transition into a strategic role. As CMO, youâll own the marketing strategy, lead campaigns, and oversee our products and brandâs growth. Youâll collaborate with leadership, manage cross-functional teams, and use data to refine strategies and deliver results, shaping the future of our marketing efforts. RequirementsYouâd excel in this role:đŻ youâve worked across marketing areas: Youâve gained experience in areas like social media, ads, design, copywriting, and websites, and youâre ready to bring it all together. đą youâre used to a fast-paced multifaceted environment: prior work experience in an agency, in a fast-growing startup or as freelancer is absolutely preferred đ youâre ready to grow: Youâre excited to step into the role of CMO within the next 6â12 months, with personalized training and support along the way. đ¤ youâre a team player: Youâve collaborated with small teams or cross-functional teams like design, product, and leadership and know how to bring people together. đ¨ youâre brand-obsessed: You care deeply about crafting campaigns that resonate and maintaining a strong brand identity. đ youâre proactive: You have a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and can manage multiple tasks and projects with ease. đť youâre tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Airtable, ClickUp, Slack, and website CMS platforms (like Wix) is a plus. The role is open to applicants working close to CET time zones on a freelance basis. Itâs currently a part-time position requiring a commitment of approx 30 hours per week. Compensation is dependent on your previous experience.
