Leosun (www.leosun.co.uk) is an award-winning kids’ sunglasses brand on a mission to create stylish, durable, and protective eyewear that kids actually want to wear. Founded in 2020 by Kirsten (hi! 👋), Leosun is stocked by hundreds of independent retailers and loved by families across the UK and beyond. We’re a small but mighty brand ready to grow — and we’re looking for someone equally passionate to help us shine brighter.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing indie brand in its early days and make a real impact. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape and execute our marketing and content strategy. This role is perfect for someone creative, self-driven, and excited by the idea of working flexibly with room to experiment and grow.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll take the lead on all things content and social, becoming the voice and visual storyteller for Leosun across our key platforms.

🌞 Social & Content Creation

• Own and manage our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest accounts
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content using existing brand assets and new content you generate
• Develop creative ideas for campaigns, reels, trends, and evergreen content that aligns with our brand vibe
• Facilitate occasional mini photo/video shoots when needed (e.g. sourcing models, creating lifestyle content)

🌈 TikTok Shop

• Create fun, shoppable TikTok content that showcases our products in authentic, scroll-stopping ways
• Stay up-to-date with the TikTok Shop landscape and trends

✨ Influencer & Community Marketing

• Identify and connect with influencers and content creators who align with the Leosun brand
• Coordinate product gifting and manage relationships to encourage high-quality UGC
• Repurpose influencer content across our channels

📩 Email Marketing

• Create and schedule one newsletter per week using Klaviyo (don’t worry, we can guide you through this if it’s new!)

🌍 Growth Support

• Reach out to like-minded retailers and boutiques to help expand our stockist list

Who You Are

• A creative self-starter who loves building communities online
• Confident working independently and bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Excited by small business life — flexible, adaptable and proactive
• TikTok-native or at least very comfortable on short-form video platforms
• (Bonus points if you’ve worked with lifestyle brands or in children’s fashion/accessories)

• 🕒 Freelance, approx. 10 hours/week (can flex up/down)
