Graphic Designer (Email Marketing / Figma)

Opportunity Name: World Class Email Designer for 8- & 9-Figure BrandsOpportunity Description: Hello! My name is Feras, Co-Founder of a world class retention agency called New Standard Co. (https://www.newstandardco.com/). We work with some of the biggest DTC brands like AG1, Caraway, BYLT Basics, Hotel Collection, Nike Strength, U Beauty, and more.

We’re looking to bring on a very talented, experienced, and hard working Email Designer with exceptional design taste and communication skills to join our team.

NOTE: Please provide your portfolio of email designs!Experience Required:

• Experience designing beautiful, high-performing emails for 8- and 9-figure DTC brands
• Deep experience using Figma (must be able to build out mobile-first, modular designs quickly and cleanly)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and brand-side teams
• Experience working on the brand side is preferred, but not required
• Must be able to tactically execute - we’re not looking for art directors, we’re looking for top-tier designers who can do the work themselves
• Must be located in the US or working US hours

• Strong portfolio of email design work, especially for 8- and 9-figure DTC brands
• Ability to create on-brand, high-converting emails that look great and drive revenue
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, and modern visual standards
• A fast-paced, detail-oriented work ethic - we move quickly and work with some of the best brands in the game
