The role: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead Leonardo.Ai’s creative strategy and execution and drive transformational change across every brand touchpoint. You will have the opportunity to build an exceptional team and a forward-thinking creative development process that fuels a fast-paced, global AI business in which brand identity is increasingly a priority. What you'll do:

• Develop and oversee creative strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision, mission, and goals.
• Lead the development of campaigns, product launches, and brand assets across all touchpoints (digital, print, social, video, and more).
• Drive the rebrand rollout across all platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the new brand identity into all business areas, from marketing to product design.
• Establish and maintain guidelines, processes, and frameworks to protect and evolve the brand identity over time.
• Build and scale a creative team and freelancer roster thoughtfully, ensuring the team structure and skill sets align with business needs.
• Ensure creative projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
• Serve as the brand's voice, advocating for creative excellence across the organisation and the industry.
• Communicate your creative vision and recommendations to stakeholders across the functions and at all levels of the organisation.

Skill we like:

• 5+ years in a Creative Director role, either agency or in-house. Experience in the tech / SaaS and/or design/creative industries would be beneficial but not essential.
• Deep branding, design, and storytelling expertise across multiple media platforms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance creative vision with business priorities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results.
• Experience with Creative AI tools (AI image generation in particular), a bonus
• Exceptional creative eye with a portfolio showing your passion and industry ability.
