Senior Performance MarketerThe Role
- You’ll use hands-on skills to build campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other platforms.
- You’ll write ads, brief designers and analyse the results.
- You’ll create experiments, test them weekly and work with other members of the Launcher Lab team to realise tangible results for our clients.
- Together, we'll measure performance metrics on things that drive the growth of our clients’ businesses.

About you
- You’re a fast worker with a keen attention to detail and a wide range of skills.
- You’re excellent with all things online.
- If you don’t know how to use an online platform, you’ll face the challenge of working it out. If you’re unsure how to solve the problem, you’ll find a way.
- You deeply understand Facebook ads.
- You know your way around spreadsheets and formulas and (bonus points) know how to code. When you see an opportunity to automate something, you do it.
- You're smart, you think differently and you care about getting things done.
Must-haves
- 4+ years in a small team; digital-focused
- “Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own”
- You’ll “ChatGPT it” and work it out if you don't know something
- High attention to detail
- Excellent with sheets & data (Vlookups, if/then logic, and creating graphs and so on).
- You are based in a timezone +-/ 2 or 3 hours from Melbourne, Australia. GMT +11
- Ability to work unsupervised & remote
- Personal or professional projects that you can point to and say “hey, I did this…”
- 30 to 40 hours per week availability
Nice to have
- Skilled in designing and executing scientific experiments.
- Adept in formulating hypotheses, selecting variables and employing appropriate statistical methods to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Strong emphasis on rigorous data collection, analysis and maintaining scientific integrity
- Data manipulation, analysis & statistical understanding
- Econometrics 101 (you understand things like confidence intervals, R squared, standard deviation and variation).
- General experience in multiple marketing or advertising channels (Email, SMS, etc.)
In a typical week, two months from now, you will have
- Worked out how to do something you’ve never done before
- Shared insights from your latest ad experiments with our team
- Efficiently manage a project’s workflow from start to finish
- Created 25 new ad creative and started testing them
