Tiktok Creator Marketplace Specialist

KEF is seeking a Tiktok Ad Specialist to lead our clients' growth on the platform. This is a role with significant autonomy and responsibility - you will oversee all aspects of our clients' Tiktok presence, work directly with your analogue on the Meta team, and report directly to the Managing Director.

Note that this role has a single KPI: Return on Marketing Spend. We are not looking for content creators, or playbooks to drive followers or engagement, except insofar as these drive bottom-line Sales minus Marketing Spend.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Must be able to talk to specific quantitative results from your work.

2. Must have some overlap with normal Pacific Time business hours.

3. Must be able to check Asana and Slack at least 2x/day for emergencies.
