Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful digital marketing strategies? Join our team at Multimedia Solutions, where we're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing client campaigns through advanced analytics and insights.

Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Data Analyst at Multimedia Solutions, you will collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing team to implement and enhance client analytics and tag management tracking. Your responsibilities will include developing and analyzing reports, leading analytics assessments, and providing technical expertise for analytics and tag management platform implementations. You'll be instrumental in creating data visualizations, dashboards, and conducting deep-dive analysis to drive strategic decision-making and enhance client ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze reports using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Lead analytics assessment and implementation projects as a subject matter expert.
  • Provide technical resources and support for analytics and tag management platform implementations.
  • Develop and document client configurations and data requirements.
  • Utilize tag management platforms (e.g., GTM) for client tagging solutions.
  • Collaborate with other digital marketing associates to optimize campaign performance across Paid, SEO and Social Media Channels
  • Provide detailed analytics assessments and insights to clients.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and gaps in data analysis.
  • Identify new tracking solutions and AI-focused data sources.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing web analytics
  • 2-6 years of experience with tag management platforms (GTM, Launch, Tealium).
  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing, data science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and technical resources.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
