Performance Marketing Specialist

Signify is thrilled to help a fast growing GenAI startup expand their marketing team. Our client is revolutionizing how artists are creating digital images and how designers are editing products.

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in accelerating their global growth. You’ll manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and more—crafting impactful strategies that drive ROI, user acquisition, and revenue growth.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to maximize user growth & ROI
• Test, analyze, and optimize ad creatives (messaging, visuals, formats) for engagement & conversion
• Conduct A/B testing & audience segmentation to refine targeting and performance
• Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments
• Stay ahead of platform trends & algorithm updates to optimize results

Core requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing across paid media platforms
• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
• Familiarity with A/B testing & audience segmentation
• Basic image/video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• A self-starter with a results-driven mindset & a passion for growth
• Previous startup experience highly preferred
