Our client is a well established, venture backed, AI tools business who are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of marketing.
The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives on execution. You’ll be our first marketing hire running the full digital marketing engine—driving paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing to generate high-quality leads. You’ll own performance tracking, continuously tweaking and optimising campaigns to get real results.
This role is for someone who moves fast, takes full ownership, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. If you’re used to startup life, juggling multiple projects, and making things happen without layers of red tape, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running Paid Campaigns – Set up, manage, and optimise LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to drive real conversions.
- SEO & Content Execution – Implement SEO best practices, optimise content, and push organic growth with agency support.
- ICP experience
- Copywriting – Craft compelling ad copy, landing pages, and email campaigns that actually convert new and retain existing customers.
- Agency & Vendor Management – Keep external agencies on track and maximise performance.
- Marketing Ops – Use HubSpot to build workflows, manage data, and automate email marketing.
- Website Management – Edit and create web pages in Webflow.
- Design Support – Use Canva, Photoshop, or Figma to create assets without waiting on a designer.
- Reporting & Analytics – Track key metrics, analyse data, and optimise campaigns based on HubSpot and Salesforce insights.
What You Bring
- Hands-on digital marketing experience in a software/SaaS business.
- Startup experience—you know how to work fast, adapt, and wear multiple hats.
- Proven success with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
- Strong experience using HubSpot, Webflow, and design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Exceptional copywriting skills—you know how to write ads and emails that convert.
- A results-driven mindset—less talk, more action.
Ideal budget is 45-55k GBP per annum as a note.
