Your Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Digital and Digital Content Manager to execute a streamlined content strategy, to support our marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Oversee the end-to-end process of content production, including brainstorming, filming, editing, and publishing content across Instagram and TikTok. Recipe content will be the core focus, but content will also go beyond this, to also thinking innovatively around content for brand moments, product launches and storytelling. Styles of content will include video, image and Instagram stories.
• Content Management: Handle the scheduling and management of content across Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and values.
• Content collaborations: Work with our Digital Content Manager to identify key creator collaboration opportunities, overseeing the content creation and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Community Engagement: Work with our Customer Experience Manager to engage with comments, DMs and the wider food community - enhancing customer relationships and engagement, encompassing the Bold Bean tone of voice.
• Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on the social landscape to ensure Bold Bean remains at the forefront of social trends. Continuously exploring new ideas and formats and adapting strategies to maintain a creative edge.
• Reporting and Optimisation: Oversee content performance through in platform tools, feeding recommendations back into the team to optimise engagement and reach

• Creative Expertise in Content Production: Proven experience in social media content creation and video editing, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
