Summary:

As a project manager you will focus on developing and leading campaign initiatives aimed at improving member experience amongst Aetna’s Medicare member population. You will serve as a liaison between all stakeholders, remove blockers from team members, and ensure projects are completed on time.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience in project or program management role.
  • Experience initiating, driving, and evaluating projects/programs independently.
  • Basic knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical concepts (e.g., p-value).
  • Experience achieving outcomes in corporate environments with complex approval processes.
  • Experience influencing, coordinating, and wrangling colleagues on cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create and manage tasks in project management software (e.g., Jira, Rally), ensuring smooth workflow coordination and task tracking within project teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, information technology, or other related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the existing process to launch campaigns and explore new ways to reach out to members using more complex member journeys (e.g., SMS -> email -> IVR -> reminder email).
  • Document steps to launch campaigns to enable other teams to follow in your footsteps
  • Develop excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders, including data scientists, creative writers, marketing, legal, and brand teams.
  • Create detailed project schedule to guide clients, staff, and project teams and follow through to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
  • Remove blockers preventing data scientists, creative writers, and marketing teams from moving forward with campaign plans.
  • Work with stakeholders to define appropriate metrics to evaluate those campaigns and work with data scientists to identify data sources to use in evaluation.

Compensation:

$80,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
