Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
- Monitor performance and optimize for better results (CTR, conversion rate, ROI).
Content Strategy & Creation
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and on-brand content.
- Ensure consistent messaging across platforms like blogs, websites, newsletters, etc.
SEO & SEM Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize reach.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and implement strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with followers, monitor trends, and analyze social insights.
Email Marketing
- Create targeted email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional content.
- Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversions to measure success.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and HubSpot to track campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies and adjust accordingly.
Qualifications – Online Marketing Specialist
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- (Bonus: Certifications in digital marketing tools—Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
- Experience
- 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Content & Communication
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for both technical and creative content.
- Ability to tailor messages to different audiences and platforms.
- Analytical Thinking
- Comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
