In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, executing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring continuous improvement to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

What you'll do:

Manage the development and execution of GMS Enterprise products by working closely with cross-functional teams, driving feature enhancements, and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap for successful delivery.

  • Product Ownership & Delivery. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch performance, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Product Vision & Strategy. Define, communicate, and align the product vision and strategy with corporate objectives, balancing innovation, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Product Requirements Management. Gather, define, prioritize, and manage product requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and market demands.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration. Act as the primary liaison between R&D, technology, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring clear communication of product goals and requirements.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis. Conduct ongoing market analysis, track industry trends, and ensure the product remains competitive and aligned with customer needs.
  • Product Execution & Risk Management. Manage, monitor, and forecast product execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Sales & Marketing Enablement. Develop product documentation, training materials, and presentations to support sales teams and enhance go-to-market strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement. Track product KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvements based on customer feedback and analytics.

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech/telco domain or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of business communications technologies such as CPaaS, OTTs, RCS, Voice, APIs, and cloud communication is a plus.
  • Strong command of core product management skills, including user story development, persona creation, execution planning, requirements management, product testing, and verification.
  • Hands-on experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Miro, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile product management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both verbal and written); fluency in Ukrainian is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, strong team player, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment.
