We are a fully remote team distributed worldwide, and we foster a culture of autonomy, innovation, and impact. We’re now searching for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our acquisition, retention, and brand awareness strategies across key channels.
What you’ll be doing:
As Gleam’s Growth Marketing Manager, you take responsibility for driving new user acquisition, retention, and engagement through strategic partnerships, SEO, paid media, content, and social marketing. You will work closely with product, sales, and support teams to develop scalable marketing initiatives that fuel sustainable business growth.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring you to get your hands dirty whilst also being supported by a team that can assist with execution and day to day operations. Naturally, you’ll apply an experimentation mindset, continuously testing, learning, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum impact on funnel conversion and user retention.
We expect your role will involve:
- Strategise, execute and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns to attract and engage new customers.
- Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with SaaS tools, agencies, influencers, and integration partners while expanding and optimizing the Affiliate Program to drive consistent user growth.
- Developing and executing SEO strategies to drive continuous organic traffic growth through keyword optimization, technical SEO, and link building while managing a six-figure ad budget across Google Ads and other paid channels to maximize ROI and acquisition volume.
- Owning the content strategy, including blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and video content. Work with our content writers and designers to set their schedule and posts to align with SEO objectives.
- Design and manage lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for win-back campaigns to re-engage churned customers.
- Track and analyze CAC, LTV, MRR, Churn, etc, developing actionable insights to inform data driven experiments.
- Experiment with new marketing channels, such as influencer and UGC campaigns, affiliate marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, and event-based marketing.
- Support the team with Go-to-Market (GTM) and feature adoption campaign strategies, where needed.
- Build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys that drive results across the marketing funnel.
To be effective, you’ll need the following:
- Several years of experience in demand generation focused role (growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar), ideally in SaaS.
- Proven track record of growing user acquisition through SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns.
- Demonstrated skills in content marketing, digital and email marketing, other inbound marketing strategies, and CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Highly developed quantitative skills, showing us how you’ve turned data into actionable insights and marketing intelligence.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate programs, partnerships, and influencer marketing would be a bonus.
- Passion for growth experimentation and a data-driven mindset.
