Content & Social Media Specialist

About the Role:

As our Content & Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across multiple platforms. From crafting compelling captions to strategizing social media campaigns, you’ll play a key role in enhancing brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

📌 Develop and execute social media content strategies to drive engagement and growth

📌 Create and schedule high-quality content (graphics, Reels, Stories, carousels, etc.)

📌 Write compelling, on-brand captions and blog content

📌 Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction

📌 Track and analyze social media performance, making data-driven adjustments

📌 Stay up-to-date on social media trends and platform updates

📌 Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams for cohesive branding

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management

✅ Strong writing and storytelling skills

✅ Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools

✅ Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and best practices

✅ Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts

✅ Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
