Principal Product Marketing Manager-REMOTE OpportunityPosition Overview We are on a mission to empower teams across the world to deliver cloud-based search applications and experiences faster and with more confidence! We are responsible for designing, architecting, developing, testing, and scaling our PaaS/SaaS products that serve hundreds of customers across the globe. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our Software as a Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product marketing, with a focus on driving demand and increasing market share. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for SaaS and IaaS products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
• Collaborate with product management to define product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
• Create and oversee product launch plans, ensuring successful execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and resources, including training and presentations.
• Analyze product performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, enhancing product offerings and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS and IaaS sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully growing and scaling revenue (Ideally from 10M-30M+)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
