Position Responsibilities

  • Collateral Development: Collaborate with Executive Leadership and SMEs to design, update, and maintain marketing collateral that showcases Clearlink’s services and solutions.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Create high-value marketing projects across internal teams and 3rd-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Digital Branding: Lead and enhance the company’s digital strategy by managing online content, overseeing social media platforms, and optimizing brand presence.
  • Library Management: Maintain a comprehensive library of marketing collateral, ensuring materials are up-to-date and aligned with Clearlink’s branding guidelines.
  • Campaign Management: Create, plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns that support business objectives, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • CRM Management: Manage and utilize CRM systems to track campaign success and customer engagement, leveraging data to inform strategies.
  • Vision to Reality: Exercise independent judgement and translate executive ideas and concepts into actionable marketing strategies and impactful deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and client needs.

Position Qualifications:Competencies

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience creating professional presentations.
  • Proven ability to run and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their application in marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate vision into marketing concepts and deliverables.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required
  • 2–4 years of experience in a general marketing role.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit in a chair for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to speak so that you are able to accurately express ideas by means of the spoken word
  • Must be able to hear, understand, and/or distinguish speech and/or other sounds in person, via telephone/cellular phone, and/or electronic devices
  • Must have ample dexterity which allows entering of text and/or data into a computer or other electronic device by means of a keyboard and/or mouse
  • Must be able to clearly use sight so that you are able to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and/or assess data or other information types
  • Must be able to fluently communicate both verbally and in writing using the English language
  • Must be able to engage in continuous social interaction, successfully manage stressful high conflict situations, and balance multiple duties, expectations and responsibilities simultaneously

Time Zone: Eastern or Central Other Information

  • Expected Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm; with ability to adjust to Client schedules as needed
  • Travel: May be required, as needed by Client
  • Direct Reports: None
  • Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000
