We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is tech-savvy, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on developing, managing, and executing digital marketing initiatives that align with the company’s business strategy. Key responsibilities include paid advertising, email marketing, webinars, virtual events, and social media. As part of the marketing team, you will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign optimization. Success in this role requires expertise in digital advertising and marketing automation, along with the creativity and business acumen to identify opportunities, execute campaigns, and measure results effectively.Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising & Digital Strategy: Develop, manage, and optimize Google Search, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve performance and
- ROI.Webinars & Virtual Events: Plan and execute end-to-end webinar marketing campaigns, including audience acquisition, email invitations, landing pages, and follow-up strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content and speaker lineups that attract the right audience**.**
- Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Build and manage targeted email campaigns, implementing segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. Optimize nurture tracks to convert leads to customers while minimizing list decay**.**
- Analytics & Performance Optimization: Track and analyze ad, email, and webinar performance metrics, providing insights to optimize marketing efforts. Establish closed-loop reporting with sales to measure impact and refine conversion strategies.
- Social Media Presence & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and maintain social media pages on Meta and LinkedIn, posting regularly to both. Work with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to execute integrated digital marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive results.Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with an emphasis on paid advertising
- Proven experience developing the strategy, executing and iterating on digital paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation software, and web analytics
- Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
- Passion for proactively iterating to improve and enhance resonance
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills for ad copy, email campaigns, and webinar promotions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
