We are building scalable solutions that turn CO₂ emissions into high-impact products like green construction materials, ESG-certified carbon credits, and regenerative agriculture systems.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our mission-driven team and support our expansion across the EU and international markets through smart, data-backed digital marketing strategies.

Role Description

This is a full-time, grant-supported role (salary funded under the EIS startup employment support scheme).

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing our digital presence across multiple channels.

Your work will directly support lead generation, B2B outreach, EU project visibility, and online customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and email
• Manage and grow LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter) communities
• Collaborate with the design team to build landing pages and visuals
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to monitor performance and guide strategy
• Support growth hacking experiments to optimize ROI and lead generation
• Coordinate paid ads (Google, Meta) with sustainability messaging
• Assist in writing funding visibility reports and grant deliverables related to outreach

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and digital strategy
• Familiarity with web analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and online advertising
• Strong content writing and visual coordination skills
• Bonus: Experience in impact marketing, climate tech, or EU-funded projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Fluent in English; Estonian is a plus

Terms:

• Gross salary: 886€/month (full-time, Tallinn employment support grant)
• Remote-friendly, but some travel to local events or Estonia-based meetings may be required
• Role can expand as we scale – future equity or performance-based bonuses possible
